Our Top massages are the Descontracturant (therapeutic) and the Relaxant. We advise you to start with one of these 2, although many people ask us for a mixture of them.
I would change the order of the question and say “Who doesn’t need a massage?”. Due to the pace of life we lead, the stress and the lack of awareness of our bodies, ALL of us are absolutely contracted (some more and some less). Getting a massage from time to time should be part of a self-care routine like exercise or exposure to the sun and not, as we still see it today, a whim or a luxury.
As always this will depend on each case. There are people who come every week, others every 15 days and some come once a month. Many times when there is a contracture we recommend performing 2 or 3 sessions a little in a row and then we could already talk about performing a maintenance once a month.
The 2 things are complementary and many times we recommend that they alternate. In the massage, we work on soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons) and especially loosen muscle contractures, while the osteopath will work more deeply, unblocking possible problems in the vertebrae or joints.
There are several masseuses working in our center, we just want you to know that we all have at least 10 years of experience and this is often what makes the difference.
The truth is that there are few contraindications to massage: fever, skin problems and bone fractures would be the main ones.
We have packages of 3 and 6 sessions that have a discount of 15% and 25% respectively. In addition to this, we do specific PROMOTIONS that you will receive if you sign up for our Whatsapp or email.
